This exercise is a great way to finish off a tough chest session. Not only will you get a unbelievable pump on your chest but it’s a great way to burn body fat! If you have never done this before and want to try it be careful and start off with 2 small steps rather than 2 high benches used in this video. Once you have mastered the exercise on 2 small benches then try it on higher steps or benches. When you try it be sure to let me know how you get on.
