I’ve seen so many people go to the gym or a class because they think they need to go, but I want people to enjoy, and have fun in my classes as well as getting their amazing results and learn to enjoy going to the gym.

Each class has a unique and friendly atmosphere. I’ve seen so many people go to the gym or a class because they think they need to go, but I want people to enjoy, and have fun in my classes as well as getting their amazing results and learn to enjoy going to the gym.

    I joined the gym a year ago to basically lose weight that I had struggled to lose for about 3 years. I honestly couldn’t of joined a better gym I lost over 3 stone , my mental health and my fitness levels have improved so much . The trainers are so helpful and friendly and make everyone feel welcome. I would highly recommend joining to everyone it is something you won’t regret. ☺

    Fantastic gym , All instructors are brilliant, 30 challenge is a life time change and well worth trying it out 😉 one week into my 8 wk already and coming along great, PTs are brilliant cant wait for my results 😂 totally recommended.

    I started in ger conroy fitness, and can honestly say it’s the best thing I’ve done, not only hav I lost weight it’s so good for your mental health, my energy levels hav increased dramatically, the classes are tough but the support from the trainers is fantastic, I’ve never enjoyed going to the gym till I started here I’d recommend this gym to anyone

    I started at the gym last August training once a week. I had never been in a gym before and I can honestly say its the best decision I ever made. I am now training 4 times a week.
    The 1 month unlimited classes is fantastic value for money you can do as many classes as you want. There are lots of different classes and times to choose from so its very easy to fit
    it into your day. All the classes are enjoyable and friendly and the trainers are brilliant they really motivate and encourage you to keep going.

  6. Great gym, it is tough especially after the first few days but im in it a month now and im sorry i didnt join ages ago, i can already notice a difference in my body and my energy levels have increased big time the classes are great and the instructors are very helpful.

    Walked into this gym over a year ago feeling old and depressed. I needed to do something to get me moving so I said I’d try a class see if I could do it. Loved the first class with Ger he is tough but patient and explained and demonstrated everything. I could not walk for 3 days after the first class but I went back and here I am 55 years old a year later and a lot fitter in body and mind. All instructors are great and the classes suit all levels of fitness.

  8. Six weeks ago I joined Ger Conroy gym. The best decision I’ve made in a long time, after suffering a back problem I was afraid to to do any sort of exercise, in case it went again, I done my first class in Feb for the 30 day challenge, at the end of the 30 day challenge I was able to jog up an down the Wicklow mountains! Able to stay up the front with the rest if the team! The trainers look after each an every members personal needs. Everyone there is all on their own weight loss/ fitness journey(no body judges), every class they do something different so t never gets boring. The members of the gym are very welcoming, I’ve lost more weight in 6 weeks than I’ve did in a year of struggling by my self, its all down to the healthy eating and classes I’ve been doing at the gym, can’t recommend enough. …
