Our 1-to-1 personal training sessions are designed to meet your specific needs while also taking your fitness levels into consideration.

All of our trainers have great enthusiasm to help their clients achieve success in all aspects of their life, whether corporate or personal, is what differentiates Ger Conroy Fitness trainers from the ‘one size fits all’ personal training scene.

Sessions range from 45 minutes to 1 hour long. You will get food plans and/or nutrition advice in each session. Weigh in, tape measurements and/or body fat measurements

You can get a training plan to follow as well as your full workout based on your goals!

Personal Training at Ger Cornroy Fitness

With clients’ goals ranging from weight loss, toning up, fat loss, sports performance or just to improve general fitness, our highly experienced trainers will design a specific training and nutrition plan specific to you and your goals to get the best results, without over complicating the process.

All trainers have a keen interest in what they do and would love nothing more than to help you achieve any goals that you may have.

All of our trainers are very friendly, down to earth and approachable which is something we strive to have in our gyms. There are no egos here, just a friendly training environment for all levels of fitness.

Over the years we have had so many people (especially beginners) say that they were “Dreading their first personal training session” as they taught it was going to be too hard for them.

That’s understandable, but what we always say to our clients is.. “It wont be too hard, just like it wont be too easy”. If we ask you to do something you can’t, then you might give up. But if we ask you to do something that is too easy then you might not get results.

What Can You Expect From Our Personal Training?

On day one, we will sit down with you to discuss your goals. Weight loss, toning up, fat loss, building lean muscle etc. We will then take full body measurements, body fat analysis and fitness tests. Depending on your goals, we can give you weekly training plans as well as weekly, easy to follow nutrition plans.

We will not give you strict/fad diets to follow as we don’t agree with them and most people don’t stick to them anyway. We will give you an easy to follow healthy nutrition plan with 2-3 options for each meal, as well as 2-3 options to snack on between meals or late at night. Yes late at night!
