    I couldn’t recommend this gym enough to people! Its such a friendly and supportive enviroment, all the trainers are amazing and 100% dedicated to all the members and their clients in challenges. This place has helped me change my lifestyle and challenge myself to be places i never imagined possible!

    Can’t say enough very happy with my 30 day challenge. Great atmosphere in the classes and trainers are very informative. Lost more than I thought I would. Will continue most defiantly.

    My only regret was that i didn’t do Ger’s 30 day challenge sooner with a 10 pound loss and nearly 7 inches lost the 30 day programme has kick started my weight loss journey. I love all the classes the trainers are absolutely excellent!!!!!

  7. Amazing gym and the best trainers you can get. I started in this gym in may 2015 since then ive done a 30 day challenge and on my second 8 week challenge and i love it everybody helps and motivates eachother.. from may 2015 up till now feb 2016 im jus a few pounds away of a loss of 3 stone and my fitness levels have improved so much..

    Stepped inside Ger Conroy gym at beginning of August amazing and very friendly trainers. Completed 30 day challenge in September OMG this has changed my life not only had I lost 7lbs but I also lost 17inches !! To me the inches speak louder than pounds …. This gym has changed my life both mentally and physically still attending gym and plan on doing another challenge in March

    Was in this gym for one year and seen great changes in my body shape. However I felt I wasn’t getting the results I wanted as I trained 6 days a week. In October last year I decided to do the 30 day challenge. I lost 8lbs and 14 inches off my body overall. I have loads more energy than before and I can now see the results that I wanted. I still continue to eat clean and have lost another 3lbs. I would recommend anyone starting to train to do the 30 day challenge as this is how you will get results and clearly see them . Great gym. Love it!

    I’ve done 2 challenges in Gers and enjoyed every minute of it. My first couple of classes I was wrecked after the warm-up but half way through the challenge I was doing 3 classes in a row and getting fitter by the day. Lost over 20lbs and had great craic in the process. I’d recommend doing a challenge or even just a month of classes to anyone no matter what fitness level you’re at. If you do the classes and make the effort with your diet you’re guaranteed results. My progress pictures are on the page somewhere and they don’t lie. Take the chance and see the results for yourself. πŸ’ͺ😬

    The best thing I did was sign up for the 30 Day challenge. I lost 12 pounds and 13 1/2 inches on the first months. All trainers are extremely friendly and genuinely care and want to help improve your fitness levels. It is amazing what you can achieve in the space of 30 days. 5 months later and I am still in the gym with no plans to stop. my only regret is not joining sooner. I cannot recommend this gym enough to anyone of all ages.

  12. I joined this gym to do the 30 day Challenge in November. It was amazing from the beginning. I needed a nutrition plan and to be monitored which they do once a week. The classes are brilliant as are the instructors and always willing to help and offer support. Once you do classes here, you will never go anywhere else. I lost 23.5 inches in my first challenge and its stayed off 😊😊. Highly recommended gym. Great place, great people and great instructors !!
