This 30 day plan is designed to help you lose weight/fat safety. I will give you a few different options for each day to make it as easy as possible to stick to but if for any reason you find it hard to stick to the plan just remember it’s only for 30 day’s and it will be worth it.

If you don’t have the correct plan you wont see results and this will eventually lead to you giving up the gym. During my time working in gyms ive seen people coming in 5-6 times a week for years but yet they didn’t look any different to when they first walked in the door.
The reason for this is they always do the same training/ nutrition plan and if they ever changed their plan it would be every few months when really you should change it every few weeks to guarantee your muscles never get use to the same type of training.
