Get my Gym workout and Nutrition 30 day fat blast nutrition plan and see massive results at your own pace. As all of my client’s will tell you, I don’t agree with FAD DIETS and i simply believe in healthy eating to get those results we all want.

This 30 day plan is designed to help you lose weight/fat safety. I will give you a few different options for each day to make it as easy as possible to stick to but if for any reason you find it hard to stick to the plan just remember it’s only for 30 day’s and it will be worth it.



If you are a member of a gym and want serious results quickly then this 30 day plan is for you. Weather you are just new to the gym or are a member years this plan will get you amazing results. As a new member to the gym it is very important you start with the right training and nutrition plan to ensure you get results.

If you don’t have the correct plan you wont see results and this will eventually lead to you giving up the gym. During my time working in gyms ive seen people coming in 5-6 times a week for years but yet they didn’t look any different to when they first walked in the door.

The reason for this is they always do the same training/ nutrition plan and if they ever changed their plan it would be every few months when really you should change it every few weeks to guarantee your muscles never get use to the same type of training.

In my professional experience, short term goals allow you to maintain motivation, dedication and achieve amazing results while monitoring your progress. My 30 day plan consists of individual programmes that have short term achievable goals so if you are serious about changing the way you look and feel, this 30 day plan is for you.

    What can I say about this guy only that he is the best in the business , super workouts and diet plans and absolutely the most genuine personal trainer out there. He really puts his heart and soul to get best results possible for his clients . The training is tough but sooooo worth the results you won’t regret it nothing is impossible . Trust me if you want it go and make the move ger is amazing #goteamger

    I done this with Ger in January and lost almost a stone and over 15 inches. Training routines are goal specific and Ger changes the routine to suit how you want to change your body. The nutrition plans is simple to follow, healthy food and not a fad diet that leaves you starving. He made himself available at any time for questions and is always quick to answer them. 6 months on from training with him and I haven’t put on any weight and have the knowledge to train by myself. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone looking for real sustainable results.

    Started training with her a few months ago and I’m dropping inches and pounds with him, gers classes are fantastic always keeps me motivated and I really enjoy the training. All his classes have a fantastic atmosphere, the training is tough but the results are worth it, before I trained with ger I couldn’t run for a bus now I’m sprinting and jogging longer every week, I couldn’t speak higher great attitude and always available for advice if you want to get fit lose weight and achieve your goals get is your man

    Started training in Gers gym a few months ago and couldn’t recommend him enough. State of the art facilities where unbelievable trainers encourage and support you through your fitness / weight loss regime 100%. The 30 day challenge was fantastic with training, nutritional advise and weekly monitoring of weight/measurements …. I lost a total of 16 lb and 16.5 inches and couldn’t be happier. Fitness levels have increased and it’s all thanks to Ger and his team. Couldn’t recommend Ger or his staff enough!
