    This package was perfect for me. Between work and having 3 kids you can only imagine getting to the gym is not really an option but with this package it was great I was able to do the workouts when I was free and I have really noticed the difference.     I’ve been training with Ger a long time now in the gym and find his workouts fantastic. But i asked him for a home workout plan for when I couldnt get to the gym. He gave me the plan and told me to do it daily. I watched my food for the week and did the plan 3 times and when i went back up to him in the gym the following week i had lost 5lb and 3inches. Ger really knows his stuff and the home workout was so convenient, I did it before I went to work. I couldn’t recommend Ger or the home workout enough it really does work thanks Ger!!
