Most guys who want to get bigger will tell you they are on a “bulking phase” where they put on as much weight/ fat over the space of 2/3 months only to try turn that fat into muscle for the next 2/3 months. I honestly think this is crazy as it not only takes 6 months but it will be hard for most people to stay 100% dedicated on a 6 month plan. This is why I designed my own 8 week plan and as all my clients know I practice what I preach so before I let anyone see it I did it myself. Not only was I delighted with my results but I did it in just 8 weeks.
Over the 8 weeks the exercises will change as well as the reps and sets to ensure your muscles keep growing. Another reason for this is to make sure you stay motivated and don’t get bored but more importantly to guarantee you get excellent results. The nutrition plans will also change to make sure you don’t get bored of eating the same meals every day. It is an easy to follow nutrition plan with a few different options for each meal as well as options to snack on during meals in case you get hungry.

If you are serious about putting on some real muscle mass then this 8 week plan is for you. Before I was a personal trainer I had the same problem as many guys looking to get bigger muscles. When I was younger I never felt comfortable in my own skin, especially when I had to take my top off at the swimming pool or in the changing rooms before a soccer match.
All my family and friends would always say soon as you are 14 will start getting bigger, then it was 16 then 18. I honestly just thought I was one of those skinny guys who would never be able to get those big muscles I always wanted. I was constantly in the gym training hard (or so i thought) and never getting that huge chest, big arms or shredded abs everyone else seemed to have.
If I seen a huge guy in my gym then I would try copy his routine and if that didn't work I would buy all the fitness magazines and copy the routines from them. Obviously none of this was working for me so I decided to become a personal trainer myself and learn how to do it the correct and safe way. Ive spend years researching different training and nutrition plans but this workout is by far the best for results as seen by myself and all my clients.
