Depending on your goals, I will give you weekly training plans as well as weekly, easy to follow nutrition plans throughout your 8 weeks.

    Done the 8 week challenge in June with amazing results 19lb loss and 21 inches, pajo was my personal trainer and pushed me to my limits, everytime I wanted to quit he gave me that push I needed to refocus. I would defo recommend the challenge for anyone looking to push themselves that little bit further, all the trainers in the gym are amazing and always willing to give you tips and support. You will not regret taking up this challenge, I can’t wait to do another one

    Great mixture of classes,great trainers who push you every class and also a friendly atmosphere where everyone will encourages each other. I’ve lost a total of 2 stone and 31 inches off my body and feel fitter and stronger than I’ve ever felt after I did 2 8 week challenges. I’m currently in the middle of another 8 week challenge,chasing some personal goals. Thanks to all the trainers for their help and encouragement along the way. See you at class .

    March last year I joined ger Conroy gym , best thing I ever did was walk through those doors amazing atmosphere with everybody encouraging each other to do well all trainers are great and on hand with advice if needed , my main reason for joining was panic attacks but then the panic attacks disappeared plus I really started to see great results , can not recommend the 8 week challenge more for building strength and working on specific areas you never know what your capable of until you try 💪🏻regrets ? Just one , I didn’t join earlier

    I had never stepped foot inside a gym before trying the 30 day challenge…..I was scared and excited at the same time,I had wanted to loose half a stone in 30 days and I done it,the classes are hard work but the trainers are brilliant at what they do and helped me relax straight away,gone are the days I get on the dreaded weighing scales because in the 30 days I lost 14 inches off my body….it totally changes your mind set…2 months later and I still do the classes 4 times a week and not for my body anymore,simply because I enjoy going!!!!!

    I loved it I reached my goal and lifted weights I never thought I could lift !! Great mix of classes that can fit around a busy mother. All the trainers are great I had pajo for the 8 weeks and he worked around me which was great and he pushed me all the time in a positive way and because of healthy eating and a fantastic gym and great trainers I got to see what I wanted on the scales 🙂

    I love all the classes and the atmosphere it’s a pleasure coming in I know it’s for myself but as well the trainers make it fun and push you a lot since I joined the gym I have lost nearly 2 stone I feel lighter and happier with myself all thanks to these guys there we’re times when I wanted to give up but seeing the results each week made me fight for it, every day im getting stronger and stronger and I’m nearly at my goal! Would highly recommend Ger and his crew 😁😁😁

    Best thing ive ever done was join gers gym great selection of classes an great trainers , ive lost al together just under 3 stone from pt sessions an classes im now doing my 3rd 8 week challenge an feeling alot fitter , stronger an confident in myself something i never thought id see myself saying , it has completely changed my life an i couldnt thank all the trainers enough. Id highly recommend the gym to everyone if i can do it anyone can 😊😊

    Before joining Gers gym I had always struggled with my weight constantly on diets that I couldn’t stick too loosing a pound here or there but nothing would ever last…I joined this gym in Aug 2015 and it was the best thing I ever done I loved all the classes and variety there was and the trainers were so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you..after a few months I decided to do a personal trainning 8 week challenge with Glenn and I loved it,instantly I could see my results getting better along with my fitness level and technique I am now on my 17th week in personal trainning and I’m down 2 stone and 2 dress sizes joining ger conroys gym was a lifestyle change and the best thing Iv done and I owe it all to him and his fantastic team😊

    Gers challanges are the only thing ive ever stuck to, ive struggled for years with my weight. The trainers are fantastic, really keep you motivated and the classes give you a brilliant energy buzz for the whole day and they become very addictive! I lost a total of 18lbs and 40 inches, Ger was brilliant because when i was getting disheartened by not getting a great weight loss he told me not to get hung up on the scales numbers and to concentrate on the inches and how much my body was changing.. He was so right because I went down 2 dress sizes and looked like I lost a lot more than what I did.. I still have a long way to go and will be doing as many challenges as I can to get to my goal! 😊

    I’d highly recommend gers gym. I joined in may last year starting with a 30 day challenge and I loved it that much that I decided to do a 8 week challenge,I’m now half way through my 2nd 8 week challenge and still loving it…I’m 2 stone lighter and so far 37 inches smaller. I have good weeks and there’s the odd bad week but when your struggling all the trainers are there to support you and give you that extra push to achieve your goals, I’ve tried many of diets and gyms in the past and never achieved what I have here in 10 months.
