Just moved to Ratoath and welcomed me immediately. I am always a bit cautious with gym classes/courses because sometimes they are not really suitable for higher levels, but I really have to confirm the classes at Ger Conroy can be absolutely approachable by beginners and at the same time very challenging for well seasoned athletes. I compete cross-discipline and I honestly think their classes plus all of the available equipment and help from the coaches will take me to a next level. Best gym I've ever signed up to.

Just back this week after a long break its great to be back looking forward to getting my strength and fitness back to what it was. All members and staff are fantastic and friendly and we all encourage each other the only gym/classes I’ve been to and been going since 2019 and I’d never go anywhere else.

A brilliant gym with excellent staff that are professional, friendly and make you feel very welcome - from beginners to more experienced members.
Classes are brilliant - with super encouragement and motivation.
I find PT sessions are tailored to your own personal goals, and lots of variety given to mix things up.
Always a pleasure to train here, and I would highly recommend this gym for anyone looking to start out on their fitness journey.
It is part of my regular routine - and I am delighted to be a part of this gym.
