Welcome to Ger Conroy Fitness

Hey this is Ger here and I just want to say thank you for becoming a member of our gym. Ger Conroy Fitness has been improving lives through fitness for over 8 years now!

We pride ourselves on our friendly and welcoming atmosphere both in the classes and on the gym floor. If you are unsure of anything at all, please ask a member of the team and we’ll be happy to help.

I have some key information for you below to make sure you get off to a great start.

Gym Induction

Your membership includes a FREE induction to the gym. This is a full demonstration of how all of the equipment works.

I highly recommend this. It’s very useful if you’re new to the gym and feeling anxious about your first visit. Just fill out the contact form to get booked in.

VISITING THE GYM AND SCANNING IN

We want all of our members to have a safe and sanitary workout. Please bring a hand towel with you every time you visit the gym.

We have hand towels and water/beverages available from the vending machine in case you forget to bring them with you.

We need you to scan your membership tag every time you enter the gym. Tags are free for new members and replacement tags are €5.

Please visit reception and ask a staff member for your membership tag.

Opening Hours

All members have access to all 3 Ger Conroy Fitness locations. Here’s our opening hours:

Junction 6 Castleknock

Mon – Thurs: 6am – 9pm
Fri: 6am – 8pm
Sat & Sun: 8am – 6pm

Mulhuddart & Ratoath

Mon – Thurs: 6am – 9pm
Fri: 6am – 8pm
Sat & Sun: 8am – 2pm
